Frances Portelli – Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC)
Joined the firm in 1989 and became the proud owner in 1996. Frances is a member of the AIC (Australian Institute of Conveyancers) as well as being a member of the REISA (Real Estate Institute of South Australia). She is the facilitator of the Institute of Conveyancers Port Adelaide Best Practice group which meets regularly. Frances areas of expertise include Land divisions and Community Divisions, Private Contracts for residential and business transactions including liquor licenses. Frances also handles foreign investment files, attending to Foreign Investment Review Board approvals on behalf of her clients. Frances is also fluent in Italian.
John Radovanovic – Consultant
Joined the practice in November 2000. His wealth of knowledge comes from his 33 years experience in the field of conveyancing, banking and finance. John also ran his own conveyancing practice at College Park and later at Woodville for a number of years prior to joining Port Adelaide Conveyancers. John also has connections with the Croatian Community and has assisted many people from former Yugoslavia because of his language skills.
Carmel Villani – Conveyancing Assistant
Carmel’s experience with conveyancing began at the Land Titles Office working in indexing, taxing, endorsing and LOTS areas to name a few. Carmel joined us in 1996 and works in the role of Conveyancing Clerk and personal assistant to Frances.
Steve Ly – Certified Practicing Conveyancer (CPC)
Steve commenced working with us in July 2010 and is also a member of the AIC (Australian Institute of Conveyancers). He has completed his Bachelor of Business (Property) degree and the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing). He has vast experience in residential settlements including Private Contracts and Form 1. Steve also speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Stephen Portelli – Conveyancing Assistant/Office Administrator
Stephen commenced working with us in June 2013. With a background which started in Information Technology, he later went on to achieve an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management and worked in the Hospitality field for 7 years. This has given him the experience and confidence to deal with the public. Stephen has successfully completed the Conveyancing Clerk Practical Skills Workshop run by the AIC. This course has been a good stepping stone towards the starting of the Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing with TAFE.
